The PDFs will open in a new browser window using the Adobe Acrobat plug-in. To save the document, click on the image of the disk in the upper left hand part of the browser window. Sometimes the plug-in is not correctly configured and you may see only a blank image with a small red "X." In that case, following the next few steps will allow you to save these documents to your computer.
To Save a PDF to your computer:
1. Right click on the link and select Save As from the pop-up menu.
2. A dialog box will appear asking you where you wish to save this document.
3. Select your destination and click "Save."
4. The document will download to your computer, simply double-click on the item to open it up
Some Important Stuff for Parents and Campers:
- Pre-camp Physicals are required of all Campers, on ACA forms we provide to you by mail:
Green Form- Camper Health History – (Parents to fill out and sign)

All Immunizations MUST be up to date!
-Our Camp season is 7 weeks, a camper’s minimum stay is 2 weeks.
-Often kids want to stay longer- 3 or 4 or all 7- Extensions are welcomed!
-For first-time campers we offer a one week “trial” with extension to 2+!
-For campers selected to be CIT’s the stay is 7 weeks or as arranged.
-Tuition Deposit of $750.00 requested with enrollment, required by May 1st.
Please Remember we must Staff and Stock Camp beginning in January to be ready for your kids arrival…
so to be fair to all…
-Tuitions & Deposits refunded before May 1 are made less $ 100.00 processing fee.
-Deposits are not refundable after May 1 or once camp has started save for valid medical reasons.
-No refunds or deductions are allowed for late arrivals, missed days, or for early returns home.
-Camp may refuse to admit a visibly ill camper upon Nurses advice, and/or one without proper Med. forms.
-Campers & Parents are required to read and sign our Behavior Contract, and Parents must be aware…
-Campers may be sent home for repeated or serious violations of acceptable standards.
-Applications for enrollment are taken all year long.
-Apply early for the best choice of dates to fit your summer schedule!

Whether a prospective camper or an alum longing to see your
old camp again, or on a search for a unique wedding or other event site,
give us a call, we’ll be glad to arrange it!
Visiting Your Campers:
We stay around camp on Saturday and Sunday for Visitors to the Zoo, er, I mean Camp!
Parents are always welcome, but at other times please call ahead so your child will be in camp for you, instead of off on a hike or a trip! If other family members or friends are visiting, we ask the parents to let us know who is, and who is not allowed to visit your child.
Transportation
Transportation is available by van from Logan International Airport in Boston, and Manchester Airport in N.H.where staff members meet arriving campers and accompany them directly to Quinebarge. Call for more information regarding the dates of these pick ups.
Application Timetable
Inquiries and visits to camp are welcome all year. Campers are enrolled beginning in September. Many of the campers return each summer, so early application is recommended. Precamp physicals are required of all campers, and campers are screened on arrival.
